First, install the app on your smartphone from Play Store, CafeBazaar, or App Store using the links at the top of this page. After installing and opening the app, enter your mobile number. A verification code will be sent to that number, and by entering it you can access your account.

How do I place an order?

Before placing an order, make sure the delivery address is correct. Then browse Detal Food or Detal Market, add the items you want to your cart, and tap the checkout button in the cart.

How do I cancel my order?

As clearly stated in the final step of placing an order, cancellation after submission is not possible under any circumstances.

What's the difference between economic delivery and express?

With economic delivery, your order is still delivered by Detal Express couriers, but you get up to 70% off shipping costs for stores that have the economic delivery tag.

How do I pay online with a bank card?

When placing your order, select online payment as the payment method. After submitting the order, the app will redirect you to the bank payment gateway.

How do I add an address?

To use all Detal services, you need to add your address in the app. After opening the app, go to the My Addresses section and tap the Add New Address button.

How do I track my order?

When you open the app, your latest orders are displayed at the bottom of the screen. Tap the order status to enter the order tracking page.

What does seller or phone delivery mean?

To give users access to more sellers across different parts of the city, Detal has added delivery by sellers and phone taxi services.

How do I add an item to an existing order?

To add an item to your order, you can call 0443130.

Can I pay with cash?

Accepted Answer

You can only pay online or by card reader via Detal Express courier delivery. Cash payment is not accepted by Detal.
